[ For all the kindness that Gray has experienced, rarely is it so warm and honest. And when it comes to a topic like death and killing, she's used to it being shrouded in a somber air. It takes a different kind of strength to be both compassionate and effective, Gray thinks.

Her pensive thoughts lighten as Quetzalcoatl's wisdom settles like a blanket over her. ]

I think I understand. Thank you.

[ From a different perspective, it might seem twisted for a young person to thank someone for permission to kill -- but Gray truly is thankful. She doesn't want to hold her allies back with her softness. She's been a child to them for too long enough already. ]

Miss Quetzalcoatl... If Meridian wins and we all go back home. Since you're a Servant, will that mean you'll go back to the Throne of Heroes?

[ somehow... she's so correct....... ]

For all that Gray has learned about Servants via her mentor, the fine details are still a bit beyond her grasp. But she at least knows about Servants' memories resetting by the time they're summoned again, so if by some strange miracle Gray were to meet Quetzalcoatl again back home, things would be different...

She definitely doesn't know the name Chaldea, and it elicits a little ping of curiosity. Especially if Gray of all people might possibly have cause to be there at the same time as a god like Quetzalcoatl. She supposes it wouldn't be so farfetched for her mentor to be called there if it's an unusual place (which can inspire unusual murders), and she would naturally tag along with him. ]

Chaldea? I don't believe I've heard of it. It has something to do with Servants?
